Can you work straight from an inspection report?
Yes. Send us the report and we'll tell you which items we can handle, price each one, and flag anything that needs a licensed plumber, electrician or another specialist so you can send it to the right trade.
How fast can you turn around a list before closing?
Most jobs are scheduled the same week, often within days. Tell us your closing date when you send the list and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How do you price make ready and repair lists?
Each item comes from our price list, labor only, at current DFW market rates. There's a $195 minimum per visit and pricing may vary by distance. You get the total in writing before any work starts.
Are you insured?
Yes. Teddy Touchups is fully insured.
Can you work in a vacant property?
Tell us how access works for the property when you send the list, and we'll work around showings and move in dates.
