Bigger project questions

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

Most land between $8,000 and $75,000 or more. A same layout refresh runs about $8,000 to $18,000, a tub to shower conversion $10,000 to $30,000, and a full primary bath gut $35,000 to $75,000 and up.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

Is the walkthrough free?

Yes. For bigger projects Eddy comes out, walks it with you, and your written estimate is texted and emailed, usually within minutes. No charge and no pressure to sign.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. Remodels that touch plumbing or electrical need a city permit. We pull it, manage it and schedule the inspections. Licensed trade partners handle plumbing and electrical work, as Texas requires.

Can a small job turn into a bigger one?

All the time. Plenty of clients meet us on a touchup visit and call us back for the bathroom. Same team, same standard, whichever size job it is.
