Fresh caulk for tubs, showers, sinks and windows.
Cracked, moldy or peeling caulk isn't just ugly. It lets water behind the tub and under the floor, and air leak around windows. Redoing it is cheap insurance against expensive repairs.
We cut out the old caulk completely, clean the joint, and lay one clean, even bead. Caulking over old caulk is how it ends up peeling again.

Good to know
- Tubs and showers need to stay dry for about a day after recaulking.
- Black spots under the caulk can mean water got behind it. We'll tell you if we see damage.

Every few years, or as soon as it cracks, peels or shows mold that won't clean off.
How much does it cost to recaulk a tub?
A tub or shower is usually our medium area price, $185. A sink or vanity is $115.
