- Door adjustments are priced after a quick look, since the cause varies.

Can you install my smart lock?
Yes. Smart locks and keypad deadbolts are $150 each, installed, aligned and paired with your app.
Why does my door stick in the summer?
Heat, humidity and our clay soil all shift doors and frames. Usually an adjustment at the hinges or strike fixes it. Sometimes the door needs to be planed.
How much is it to replace door handles?
Handles and levers are $75 each, knobs $60, and deadbolts $75. Several doors in one visit easily clear the $195 minimum.
